1. About AI Mail

AI Mail is an AI-powered Gmail assistant designed to help users understand and manage email.

Features may include email summaries, key points, email analysis, inbox questions, and AI-generated draft replies.

2. Google Account Access

Certain features require the user to connect a Google account and grant appropriate Gmail permissions.

Users are responsible for the Google account they choose to connect to AI Mail.

3. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated summaries, analysis, suggestions, and draft replies may occasionally contain errors or incomplete information.

Users should review important information before relying on or using AI-generated content.

4. Draft Replies

AI Mail generates draft email replies for the user to review and send. The user is responsible for reviewing the content of any draft reply before sending it through Gmail.

5. Read-Only Gmail Access

The current version of AI Mail uses read-only access to Gmail and does not send email messages on the user's behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Mail to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations
• Access another person's account without authorization
• Attempt to abuse, disrupt, or compromise the service
• Use the application for malicious activity

AI Mail depends on services provided by third parties including Google and AI infrastructure providers.
